8. Suspension and Termination

• Use of automated software or bots;

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in court or arbitration, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and oke8 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability
